Scouring Agents
Consoscour 50
A stabilized replacement for sodium hydrosulfite for the reduction cleaning of dispersed dyed polyester and the stripping of direct and fiber reactive dyed goods.
Consoscour ASN
A biodegradable anionic/nonionic blended wetting agent and afterscour. It has excellent penetrating and dispersing properties that work well on all types of fibers. It is stable to acids, alkali and hard water. Because of its chemical nature it is an extremely effective afterscour for dyed cotton, nylon and polyester fibers.
Consoscour GSRM
A complete surfactant pre-scour where a non-petroleum solvent is desired to remove waxes, knitting oils, grease, graphite, rust stains and other processing soils.
Consoscour JBM
An anionic scouring and wetting agent with excellent acid and alkali stability that is suitable for cleaning natural and synthetic fibers with the exception of acrylics.
Consoscour K-GEL
An all-purpose anionic scour, stable to acids, alkali, and hard water; used for wetting, emulsifying and dispersing in both dyeing and bleaching operations.
Consoscour LFS
Is a low foaming biodegradable nonionic surfactant designed for use as a scour and dyeing assistant. It ís especially effective in combination with alkaline builders such as TSPP and TSP.
Consoscour OS
Is a hydrophilic polyester dispersion designed for oil removal and lubrication of synthetic fibers during scouring and dyeing processes.
Consoscour OSK
Is a hydrophilic low foaming nonionic penetrant and scouring compound designed for removal of silicone oil, machine oil, grease, dirt, and graphite from nylon, spandex, and other synthetic fiber fabrics. It also aids in lubrication during scouring and dyeing processes.
Consoscour P
A blend of selected aliphatic and aromatic solvents with an effective detergent and emulsifier creating an excellent solvent for removing oil, grease, wax resins and other dirt from all types of fibers.
Consoscour TKB
A nonionic penetrant and scouring compound which is excellent in removing heavy deposits of grease, oil dirt and graphite from nylon, spandex and other synthetic fiber.
